The 24 cm Gourmet Roaster is perfect for casserole style cooking in a home with 4-6 people. Use it for meals like fried rice, bobotie, poaching fish fillets or slow cooking portions of chicken. It's also deep enough to pot-roast a whole chicken with vegetables on your stovetop. For larger portions of meat you can use an AMC 24 cm Dome as a lid to provide extra cooking space. And with stainless steel handles, this roaster is ideal to cook a meal on the stovetop then pop it under the grill to finish off. Perfect for a mince cobbler or bredie topped with dumplings that are browned to perfection.
