16 CM GOURMET HIGH

This small, deep AMC unit can be used to steam vegetables, cook a cup of rice or make mashed potatoes. With a capacity of 1,75 litres this saucepan becomes invaluable in a smaller home. Combine with a 16 cm Kombi to form a shallow double boiler for melting chocolate and cooking delicate foods. Or use with a 16 cm Steamer to steam small amounts of vegetables, a portion of fish or rice. With stainless steel handles, this Gourmet unit can also be placed in the  oven once the lid has been removed.
